Monsieur Patrick Scicard compte depuis trente ans parmi les personnalités les plus renommées et les plus influentes du monde de la gastronomie, de l’hôtellerie et de la restauration de luxe. Il a notamment reçu le Prix de l’Excellence Française.
Patrick Scicard fut le directeur général du prestigieux hôtel Le Lutetia à Paris et pris la direction du Martinez à Cannes, avant de rejoindre le Directoire Lenôtre pour y occuper la fonction de Président. Il a joué un rôle essentiel dans la progression fulgurante de la célèbre Maison. Depuis 2012, il a fondé sa propre société « Patrick Scicard Investment SAS ».
