Job Opportunity: We are recruiting a new Sales and Marketing assistant

FO Solutions is based in Luxembourg. Since 10 years, our main activities include advising entrepreneurs, creating investment vehicles or products and promoting these projects to professional investment partners. Our areas of competence range from hotel and gastronomy industry, luxury sector to other real estate projects such as crèches and nurseries.

Mission
You will be a key project management support of the CEO combining commercial and marketing activities with administrative and operational tasks in very varied and concrete activities in
collaboration with our experienced team, all in a motivating atmosphere.

Profile

  • Experience in communication, marketing and event creation and related administrative follow-up
  • Strong ability to create/design presentations and teasers with PowerPoint and other IT tools
  • Knowledge in the fields of hotel industry, gastronomy/catering and luxury would be an asset.
  • Good communication skills for teamwork and customer contact
  • Flexibility: transversal participation in all FO Solutions projects and activities.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Holder of permit B

 

Skills
Motivated, flexible, responsive, ambitious, stress-resistant, social and team player.

Computer knowledge
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …) and any other software is an asset (Salesforce, ARX, Smartsheet, …).

Contract
Permanent contract / Salary to be defined together and according to your skills / other benefits.
