For more than thirty years, Patrick Scicard is one of the most popular and influential personalities in the world of gastronomy, hospitality and luxury restoration. He has received the French Excellence Award.

Patrick Scicard was the General Manager of the prestigious hotel Le Lutetia in Paris and took over the management of Martinez in Cannes, before joining the Lenôtre Board of directors to take up the post of President. He played a key role in the lightning progress of the famous Maison Lenôtre. Since 2012, he has founded his own company “Patrick Scicard Investment SAS”.
